I started my career in New York over 13 years ago and worked for well-known DTC and retail brands, including HelloFresh Group, Starbucks, and others. While I spent most of my career building CPG health and wellness brands, I also worked in pharma technology for some years. I've worked for all sorts of companies, including small founding teams, dynamic startups, and big corporations.

​I earned my BA in Media and Communication Arts from Pace University in New York. Currently residing in Los Angeles, CA, I frequently travel back to New York, which I consider my home.

 

I'm passionate about personal growth, entrepreneurship, psychology, health and wellness, and writing. I've started a Substack "In Retrospect The Dots Connect"  where I reflect on all of the above, as well as my life in New York and Los Angeles.
