Having worked on both the brand and agency sides, I bring a unique perspective to marketing operations and cross-functional execution. I'm a devoted consumer of better-for-you products first, and a marketer of them second. Drawn to all things health and wellness, longevity, and lately, AI. I split my time between Los Angeles and New York.
